Wellness Garden Project

Through gardening, Central West Women’s Health Centre hope to support the mental health of women by improving connections to their community and sense of belonging.

The objective of the Wellness Garden Project is to build a community vegetable garden at the Centre and engage women in building friendships, and learning how to plan, build, prepare and grow their garden.

The Project will also provide therapeutic group sessions on topics that build life skills related to healthy eating, healthy relationships, understanding finances, well being, and how to access relevant services.
