FREE WOMEN’S WALKING GROUPS

Walking Group

Join us every Monday morning at 9.30am commencing at Central West Women’s Health Centre. Our walking group is a great way to meet other women and be healthy at the same time. An easy and enjoyable way to improve fitness.

PILATES CLASSES

Pilates activates the deeper layers of muscle and builds core strength, improving posture, breathing, flexibility and state of mind.

Pilates uses precise movements that require control and technique progressing through increased repetition. Pilates focuses on the core area between the ribs and the hips, front back and sides.

Simmone is an accredited Pilates Instructor with a clear focus around working with developing the bodies stabilising system, balance, coordination and flexibility. Students find they stand taller through their spines, develop postural awareness, feel relief from thight thoratic and lumbar regions along with reduction in sciatic pain. Enjoy an increase in energy as well as strength through your core and an overall well-being by joining our weekly Pilates classes.
